Getting back on the bandwagon . . .

So - since May 12 2011 I had lost 100 pounds!! Over the last few weeks I had really lost my motivation!! I gained about 5 pounds!! Now, I am getting back on the band wagon!! Back to logging on myfitness pal, back to curves, back to walking, back to cooking healthy every night, back to meal planning for the week ( if you don't plan for success you usually fail), back to FAT loss!! I am also going to add blogging to my list! Hopefully this will add a level of accountability for me and inspire others!! I want to lose at least another 80 pounds.
